Clare's adoption
became final on December 8th 2003. Born on March 14, 2003
(nee Qiu Xiao Jun). She was
formally living at the Yangxi social welfare home in the
Guangdong province. She became a US citizen upon arrival at
O'hare airport on December 17th
No problems with the paperwork, her health or anything else.
We have submitted the paperwork to China for a second baby girl
and are
using the same agencies as before (Baker Victory Services and
Great Wall China Adoption)
